What we collect

Information you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact or report-request forms, and your email address if you subscribe to updates. The questions you type into the Ask A2A assistant. Like most websites, our hosting platform (Wix) also records technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and may use cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a consultation or report you asked for, send updates you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time), answer your questions in Ask A2A, and keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

Wix.com hosts this website and stores contact-form submissions and subscriber details. Anthropic processes Ask A2A messages to generate replies; our website code does not save chat conversations. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and subscriber details only as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep reasonable business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
